These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by "Create My Store" ("CMS") for the development of Android applications and websites. By engaging our services, you agree to adhere to these terms.

1. Service Agreement:
CMS agrees to provide Android application and website development services as described and agreed upon in the project proposal.

2. Scope of Work:
The scope of work, including project details, deliverables, timelines, and costs, will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Any changes or additions to the scope must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

3. Intellectual Property:
Client retains ownership of all content and materials provided to CMS. Upon full payment, CMS grants the Client a non-exclusive license to use the developed Android application and website. CMS retains the right to display the project in its portfolio.

4. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

5. Payment Terms:
Client agrees to pay CMS the agreed-upon fees according to the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination.

6. Project Timelines:
CMS will make every effort to complete the project within the agreed-upon timelines. Delays caused by the Client, third-party vendors, or unforeseen circumstances may extend the project timeline.

7. Client Responsibilities:
Client agrees to provide all necessary materials, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Any delays caused by the Client may impact project timelines.

8. Quality Assurance:
CMS will perform thorough testing to ensure the functionality of the developed Android application or website. Client agrees to review and provide feedback promptly. After project acceptance, CMS is not responsible for issues arising from updates, third-party changes, or improper usage.

9. Limitation of Liability:
CMS is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Android application or website. CMS's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the project.

10. Termination:
Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches this Agreement. In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for paying for the work completed up to that point.

11. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [indian Jurisdiction].

12. Amendments:
Any changes or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between "Create My Store" and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements.
